The Junior ReSource Fellowship aimed at supporting young dedicated graduates, disruptive innovators and change-makers develop convincing ideas to foster resilience in the water sector. The fellowship covered the candidate’s fees to attend the cewas Start-up Programme as well as travel, accommodation and food costs and gave them access to a wide network of international experts.In 2018, the selected candidates participated in a face-to-face training for one month in Switzerland and Sweden, which was followed by 9-months remote coaching.
