In the framework of a technical cooperation with the Interamerican Development Bank, cewas supported the Innovation, Transformation and Data Science Management Department (GITCD) of Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S. A. (AySA) in the strengthening of its internal innovation management, through the development of its 5-year strategic plan.
The process of preparing the strategic plan was carried out in a collaborative and rigorous manner. In July and August 2023, cewas facilitated a diagnosis exercise based on the ISO 56002 Innovation Management Standard, identifying five areas for improvement. During the following months, cewas mentored the team in the definition of its vision 2033, its purpose and the strategic objectives.
Finally, in October 2023, cewas hosted a workshop to define the actions and resource allocation. With this plan, the GITCD seeks to become the epicentre of AySA's transformation by December 2033, unleashing a cascade of opportunities and high-impact projects. The innovation plan for the period 2024-2028 focuses on finding solutions, fostering experimentation and linking innovation with value creation.
