In Northern Uganda’s Lango sub-region, this project supports the roll-out of a more professional, reliable and sustainable model for rural water services. Working with government and local partners, the initiative aims to strengthen the role of Area Service Providers so that communities can access faster maintenance, better-managed infrastructure and long-term service quality.
By combining public sector leadership, private sector delivery and practical learning, the project helps build a scalable business case for rural water service models that can work beyond one district or one pilot.
