Under a technical cooperation agreement with the Inter-American Development Bank, Cewas supported the Innovation, Transformation,and Data Science Management Department (GITCD) of Agua y Saneamientos Argentinos S.A. (AySA) in strengthening its internal innovation management through the development of a five-year strategic plan. The strategic plan preparation process was conducted collaboratively and rigorously. In July and August 2023, Cewas facilitated a diagnostic exercise based on the ISO 56002Innovation Management Standard, identifying five areas for improvement. Over the following months, Cewas mentored the team in defining its vision for 2033,its purpose, and its strategic objectives. Finally, in October 2023, Cewas hosted a workshop to define actions and allocate resources. With this plan, the GITCD aims to become the epicenter of AySA's transformation by December 2033,unleashing a cascade of opportunities and high-impact projects. The innovation plan for the period 2024-2028 focuses on finding solutions, fostering experimentation, and linking innovation with value creation.
